Exchanges and Returns

Silver and cobalt rings can be exchanged for a different size or returned for refund. See below for details.

All silver stock items are accepted for exchange or refund if returned in original condition and packaging within 34 days from the date shipped.

Gold, palladium and platinum items are made to order and cannot be refunded unless defective. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If this is of concern you can always purchase a silver ring to ensure quality and fit and return it for an upgrade.

Exchanges require the same shipping and handling charges as the original purchase ($7.75 for a single sterling silver item). This is usually done in the form of a check but we can bill you via PayPal request for funds if you prefer.

Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the receipt and exchange or refund instructions (instructions include filling out the tear off portion of the receipt).

Minor size adjustments for rings beyond the 34 day timeframe or for non silver and/or custom rings are available for a fee of $15 plus shipping and handling. Please include a check with the item. These are adjustments of your existing ring and not an exchange.

When shipping to us please use US postal shipping because FedEx and UPS do not ship to a PO box.

Most silver items are in stock ship out within a week. Gold, palladium, platinum, cobalt, custom, out of stock and custom inset diamonds take longer and can take closer to four weeks.

RUSH

If you need an item for a special occasion or a particular need-by date then contact us and we can see what we can do for you.

A Rush may require a $25 fee to expedite on our end and to upgrade the shipping method to Express Mail. Contact us with your specific needs.

SHIPPING METHOD

Once your order is ready it ships via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (two to three days in most cases).

Rush orders are shipped via USPS Express mail (overnight to most areas).

International orders ship USPS 1st class economy or USPS International Express. Customs may apply.

Domestic shipping starts at $8 for silver rings.

PAYMENT

Payment is accepted through the web, phone or by mail.

Our website accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL.

Jewelry has been given as a gift for a reason

Unlike many things that become obsolete in a year or two, jewelry can be kept for a lifetime or more. It is a sentimental gift between two people that connects them and possibly connects others that have it handed down to them. If worn continuously, some materials may not hold up as others so you may want to review our Metal Info page.

Tire Rings® have been proven to be a great success as a gift for men and women for a variety of occasions including but not limited to: Christmas, birthdays, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Graduation, anniversary, and as corporate awards and other marks of achievement.

If you don’t know the recipients ring size or exactly what style they like we suggest including the plastic finger gauge in a card. We can send you a gauge. This way you have something physical to present and you are less likely to order the incorrect size (this can also buy you a little time).

If you are ok with the recipient knowing they will be getting a ring but not that it will be a Tire Ring® then you could always just tell them to have themselves sized or use the sizer ahead of time.

Another option is to take an existing ring that you know fits the individual and bring that to a jeweler and have it sized. Please see sizing for more information on that subject.

Product images and sizes are approximate. Because of the limitations of the materials and processes, rings will look slightly different than the images show as the sizes change. Widths and thickness will also vary slightly from the description due to the variations in the processes used.
